On Mr. Collier's next visit the ibuprofen is stopped and he is referred to a gastro-enterologist. Arrangements are made for an occupational therapist to evaluate his home for safety.

The evaluation identifies a loose plank on Mr. Collier's front steps, lack of a hand-rail, loose throw rugs in several rooms and the need for grab bars in the bathroom.
