Netscape Extensions to HTML

Certain constructs used by the Netscape Web browser are not part of the current HTML standard (version 2.0). Some of these, such as tables, will almost certainly become part of the standard in the future. MTX supports several of the most useful Netscape HTML extensions. These are clearly marked as being "Netscape Only" throughout this manual. Avoid these extensions if you want to keep your Web pages "generic" and available to the widest possible audience.
