They are not considered to be part of the document itself but help define the relationship between pages. For consistancy these links always appear in the same order from left to right: Home/Parent/Index/Previous/Next. #Home This will normally be a link to an institutional home page or the top most level in a suite of pages. The home tags allow you to specify the URL (%HOMEURL) and optional text (%HOME) for the home link.
