Subjects: Second year medical students taking immunology.

Purpose: To provide formative feedback on how well each student worked in a group and enhanced learning for their peers.

Special Problems: Complex logistics (groups of 4 students each evaluating 3 peers = 12 evaluations per group). Difficult to "police" students to be sure they turn in their evaluations in a timely manner.
