Biosketch
Nina Stoyan-Rosenzweig
Nina Stoyan-Rosenzweig is the new archivist for the University of Florida College of Medicine and the Health Science Center. She received her undergraduate degree in biology from Brown University, and her masters degree, also in biology, from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to Gainesville, Ms. Stoyan Rosenzweig was on the faculty at the Washington State University Writing Center and History Department, where she taught English composition and History, particularly the History of Medicine. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in History from the University of Michigan, while creating the George Harrell Medical History Center and teaching in UF's History Department. Ms. Stoyan-Rosenzweig's research interests include environmental history, the history of the human-animal relationship, and the history of science and medicine, especially eugenics.
