Investigator Responsibilities for Human Subject Research
- Obtain consent prior to enrolling subject (give copy to subject)
- Informing IRB on:
- Adverse events per IRB Policy
- Any changes in protocol (includes termination of protocol)
- Any protocol violations
- Read Informed Consent before submitting
- Provide continuing review information
