This text is an excellent atlas of imaging anatomy. It should be useful to virtually every medical student throughout their career. The only specialty that I can think of where radiology imaging is not used in routine practice is dermatology! I had originally though of saying psychiatry and dermatology. However, the brain anatomy on both MRI and CT are quite relevant because of increasing emphasis on biological determinants of mental health states.
Your anatomy and neuroscience professors are aware that I am requiring this book and a couple that I know of have been given copies. I, of course, defer to them about if and how they will use the text in their courses and hope that you and they find it useful
All test questions will be taken directly from these pages and will mostly be simple identification of structures. For the tests, I will probably use images of the same plane and level taken from our departmental teaching files rather than trying to scan/photograph the book---better quality pictures and no copyright problems.
