What to Do on Cross Cover
- Go SEE the patient
- Verify hemodynamic stability
- Focused physical (heart and lungs)
- ECG with pain and compare to prior ones
- ASA, aggressive beta blockade, nitrates
- GI cocktail or NSAIDS if indicated
- No morphine until dx and tx established
