The above CT cross sections demonstrates a large mass arising from the right renal cortex. Given the size of this mass, this tumor would be palpable on physical exam. Other presenting features of RCC would include abdominal pain, hematuria, and systemic symptoms such as fever, anemia or polycythemia, weight loss.
