MODULE 6: Moderated Patient Roundtable
-- Care Expectations of Older Adults from Health Professionals
Moderated roundtable
discussion with six older adults about their areas of satisfaction, dissatisfaction,
expectations, and perceptions of health care and health care providers.
Moderator: R. Paul Duncan, PhD.
NOTE:
The actual length of Module 6, "Moderated Patient Roundtable," is one
hour and eight minutes. Because we felt that the responses to the various
questions needed to be presented as they were made by the panel members,
the discussion was not edited for length. Posttest questions for Module
6 are based on moderator summaries of the responses and on majority answers
of the panel.
Patient Questionnaire
-- This patient questionnaire may be printed for use by your office,
to be completed by each patient and placed in patient file for future
