I want to talk about a patient that I saw in my training some years ago. As a member of the healthcare team, I was asked to interview this delightful 72-year-old woman who presented with nondescript complaints, such as tired all the time, her stomach was upset, she was confused, she was ataxic, she was dizzy, etc.

Now, she had been to many of the good hospitals around the country and finally decided she was going to come to our hospital to see what was really going on with her. And the doctors asked me to do a medication history interview.
