I went in and explained who I was and what I was going to do and asked her was she taking any medications, either prescribed or over-the-counter. Well I learned something at that point, that like Shakespeare said "Thy protests too much." she said to me "Yes, I take medications but, you know, they don't agree with my system, and I don't like to take medications." I've since learned that that's the one you need to hone in on the most.
