Now once again, now we've got two sources of a codeine-like compound: We've got Phenylpropanolamine, which is pulling in the opposite direction of her Serapis, Pheniramine and Pyrilamine, both of which are anti-histamines and have sedating properties, along with the Codeine and Butalbital. All of a sudden, I think we see the problem here.

Her last medication, by the way, was Septra, and Septra, as we know, is a combination of Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole, and I didn't see in any huge problem with that.
