While I'm talking about interactions, I should also talk about drug/food interactions. We all know that patients on Warfarin need to be careful about eating green leafy vegetables, and there's certain times of the year around the country where green leafy vegetables are eaten in excess, I would say, or at least in large quantities.

And so if your patient comes from an area where that is the case, for example if they eat collards or mustards or like to eat broccoli in excess, or large quantities at least, then we need to council them about drug/food interactions as well.
