Not to mention the concern about drug/disease interactions. Patients with a history of peptic ulcer disease or active peptic ulcer disease really aren't very good candidates for taking NSAID drugs, either the aspirin-type NSAIDs or the non-aspirin NSAIDs. So we need to be careful about drug/disease-state interactions.
