In terms of patient compliance, we know we have a problem on two sides. One is, we have people who are hypercompliant, those who feel that if one is good, then two is better, and certainly four is four times as good. Then we have others who we can't get to take the medications at all.

So it's our responsibility to help patients to understand the importance of adhering strictly to the instructions for the medications that we prescribe.
