Normal Aging Changes to Memory -- Research

Memory researchers have demonstrated that older adults can improve their memory scores by a third or more by making a serious effort and using good memory techniques -- techniques such as organization, association, mental pictures, and recall cues.

My current research is focusing on ways to enhance memory skills in the home, for individuals at all ages. I am developing a set of mental exercises that people can do every day, or several days a week, to maintain mental agility.
