Patients with certain high-risk conditions who are less than 65 should also be immunized yearly.

This includes residents of chronic care facilities and patients with the following diseases:

• chronic cardiac or pulmonary disease
• diabetes
  
• chronic renal insufficiency and
  
• those who are immuno-compromised.
