coordinates with other organizations, and serves as the public relations person
for the organization

Vice President

Assists in planning of activities and running organization in the
absence of the president.

Enrique Escobar

Secretary

Coordinates logistics for meetings or events such as room scheduling, sending reminders and getting the activity posted in the appropriate calendars. Also handles correspondence such as thank you cards, etc.

Dario Roque

Treasurer

Oversees the finances of the organization such as submitting SARs, ensuring proper reimbursement, and formulating a budget for the
year.

Enrique Escobar

Webmaster

Oversees the organization website.
Also manages the organization listserv (adding and deleting
individuals).
